I am 1 year post-op and I have tried 3 other barriatric vitamins, I started with chewy vitamins which started to be disgusting over time and expensive, then went to a chewable which caused me to throw up instantly, I then went to a pill and wish these were the first pills I tried because they would of been the last. These vitamins have given me so much more energy and they don't hurt my stomach, also my HAIR, I was losing so much hair up until I switched to these a month ago. I'm so sad I didn't start with these pills because maybe I wouldn't of lost so much hair. The black pills are a bit scary looking at first but they don't taste like anything and no after burp taste. I opened one up because I wanted to see what was inside the pills and it's a orange color liquid. Im going to call it liquid gold, because these have been a great find and I do recommend for barriatric patients.

I just started taking them today and am scheduled for gastric sleeve surgery in about 2 weeks. I decided to start taking them early because I have survived on junk food for years and want to get something healthy into my system. I have met with the dietician at the bariatric place quite a few times and it is still hard for me to avoid the 'unhealthy' foods even though I have lost a wee bit of weight in preparation for the surgery. I got them for two reasons. I liked the liquid part and plus the price. Just psychologically I feel better taking them. My diet has been so poor. I will change my review if anything changes with the vitamins. Quite honestly I am not looking for any miracles. I have never taken vitamins before and so am skeptical about them having much impact since so many studies say vitamins are a waste of money and people don't need them. I really don't even know what to look for in terms of if they work or not.

I was sceptical about how well these would work. I had a sleeve gastrectomy in 2015 and have tried a multitude of vitamins since but cannot keep on top of the deficiencies particularly in iron and B vitamins. After taking these for 2 weeks I feel like a new me - and that’s no exaggeration. I’ve got my energy back, am able to do all my daily tasks without getting too tired, my hair is growing back again. Recommend!

When I came across these I knew they were quite expensive. The high levels of B12 were really appealing as I have a family member who had gastric bypass surgery over a decade ago and they weren’t told to take any supplements after. They now have no fingernails, thin hair and other ailments which could have been prevented if they were prescribed a multivitamin such as Bari Liquid Force. The quantity of vitamins are great and quality of these are good also based on my recent blood results. I’m not deficient in anything after my sleeve, however, definitely check incase you have any capsules that have leaked or cracked when you receive them. I thought the oily feeling I felt when I opened them was meant to be like that, but I realised 3 or 4 capsules had leaked or cracked as the smell got stronger too late. I had pills at the bottom that were ruined. I live in the north of England and my home is never warm because I hate the heat but I had to put these in the fridge to try and salvage the rest. Wish I’d realised sooner. Very good quality vitamins but the capsules seem to be a little fragile to hold the liquid. I thought they were full of pure liquid as I’d never taken liquid vitamins before, but when I realised I had cracked capsules I could see they are more of a purée, which I personally think is better. I would buy again but I would definitely check all the capsules before using as it’s a lot of money for 1 months supply.
